How do I place an order?

  • Make an account (or sign in if you already have one)
  • Browse the store, and when you like an item, click the 'Add to Cart' button
  • Go to the Checkout page when you are ready - make sure you view your shopping cart first to make sure all items are correct
  • Fill in all the required information, making sure your address is correct
  • Click the last button 'Place an order'
  • Your order has been placed!

When will I receive my order?

Orders usually take 3 - 4 weeks to be delivered since this store works on a pre-order basis.

I deliver only to the United Arab Emirates.

How much is delivery?

All orders have a flat rate of AED 18. Free shipping is offered for orders over AED 200.

How do I pay with Cash on Delivery?

You will pay the courier company the cash amount when you receive your package.

Are the products genuine?

Yes, absolutely. All my products are sourced directly from South Korea from authorized districutors.

What is the expiry date of my product?

The dates on Korean products can be confusing as some products have the expiration date printed while others have the manufacturing date printed. usually, most of the products have the manufacturing date (as is often the case with Korean cosmetics), and the date is usually followed by the word "제조," which, in English, means "manufacture." If you are still unsure about the date on your product, feel free to contact me.

Are you a real store?

Yes! The BB Cream Girl is registered in the UAE under BBCG Trading-FZE. My store is online only - I don't have a physical shop.

About problems and cancellations

What do I do if I receive the wrong item?

Oops! Sorry about that! Just send us a picture through e-mail or whatsapp on 00971557599792 to show us the wrong product, and we'll send you the correct one free of charge! If we don't have it, we'll send you a store coupon code or refund.

Can I return or exchange a product?

I accept returns and exchanges as long as the returned item is unopened and unused and there is a valid reason. You will have to pay the shipping cost.

Can I cancel my order?
